About Me
Hello, I am Ewa (Eva), and welcome. I’m a Psychological Wellbeing Consultant, Life Coach, and ESOL Lecturer with a passion for helping people grow—emotionally, professionally, and personally.
With a background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and specialist training as a Trauma-Informed and Compassion-Focused practitioner, all BPS evidece-based practice. I support individuals and organisations in building resilience, confidence, and meaningful communication.
For Employers & Organisations
I offer tailored English communication training for teams—from basic to intermediate levels—designed to improve fluency, clarity, and collaboration in the workplace. My approach blends language instruction with emotional intelligence, helping employees feel more confident in meetings, customer interactions, and team communication. I also provide wellbeing workshops and coaching to support staff mental health and performance.
For Students & Language Learners
As an experienced English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) lecturer and mentor, I create inclusive, engaging learning environments where students feel safe to speak, make mistakes, and grow. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to boost your confidence, I’ll help you build real-world communication skills through practical, supportive teaching.
For Therapy & Life Coaching Clients
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in CBT, trauma-informed care, and compassion-focused techniques—offering a safe, non-judgmental space, evidence-based practice to explore challenges and move toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll build tools for resilience, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.

Let’s begin where you are, and grow from there.
